Glory Be
AKA Glory
Glory Be is a 2004 Hanoverian mare. She is a dark bay with a striking blaze on her nose, standing at a stout 15.2hh. Glory was my first horse. She taught many riders before me and continued to be a lesson horse until retirement. Glory is a sweet horse that loves food. She gets along with everyone and loves being with other horses. Glory will get to live out the rest of her days with me even though she no longer rides like she used to.
When she was in work, Glory excelled in both dressage and showjumping, even dabbling in the hunter and cross country rings. Since being with me, Glory has shown successfully in Training Level dressage and 90cm jumping and in her older age, she loves the occasional trail ride. Even though she is retired, Glory loves to have the other horses ponied off of her as they learn the ins and outs of riding.
I learned how to train horses with Glory. I trained her at liberty to jump and do complex patterns like figure eights using just my vocal cues. She truly is the best horse ever!
Glory Be will never be put up for sale.
